- Equipment Required:
- Caged Helmet
- Gloves (hockey gloves acceptable)
- Lacrosse Stick (we have sticks available to borrow if you do not have one)
- And don't forget to bring clean running shoes!
- Schedule U7-U9 (Born 2017 - 2020)
