Players Equipment

Required equipment list 

Full gear is required:

• mouthguard
• helmet with cage
• shoulder pads
• arm guards/slash guards
• gloves
• jock/jill
• lacrosse stick
• a good sturdy pair of grass or field cleats
• a practice jersey is handy to have but not mandatory
• game jerseys (handed out when assigned to a team) are to be worn for games ONLY
